Business and other consulting through Executive Mastermind covers a myriad of support items that may fall outside a coaching program, or specific tasks or projects that come up within a business from time to time.

It may be items such as writing a business plan, a strategy meeting, brainstorming session or a specific meeting on a topic of critical importance where the expertise and resources behind Executive Mastermind are vital to its success.  It may also cover additional expenses such as travel and accommodation costs incurred on behalf of a client.

Consulting is charged out in multiples of units with a value of $250 each and are loosely relevant to an hour of consulting. However, a consulting project will be quoted in units, not hours, as the hourly input may not be relevant to the overall project when a task outcome is required.  You will be quoted on a result, not an input.

Projects and tasks outside of coaching parameters will be discussed and should they fall within the scope of services provided by Executive Mastermind will be quoted on, with the result focus, rather than an hourly input.

If an hourly input focus is required by the client, this will be discussed in advance to ascertain the actual needs that would determine this requirement.

If a task or project is not within the scope of Executive Mastermind, with the permission of the client, it may be referred to an associate for a collaboration of resources and experience to complete the project.  In this case, it will remain under the auspices of Executive Mastermind, and the collaborating consulting party will be noted in the documentation and quotation for the project.

In all cases, costs in addition to consulting fees will be charged, such as relevant travel, accommodation and other expenses incurred for the project.
