The variables in our Business Coaching:
In the table above you can see the variables are in the amount of time the coach invests in you, the speed of response to your queries, the maximum number of people in your team to be coached together if you choose, and the length of time you commit to working with your coach.
Intense coaching is likely to be required for businesses starting over, restarting or diversifying. These businesses are likely to select weekly coaching sessions and generally for at least 6 months.
Stable and steadily growing businesses may choose a less intense coaching program and work with their coach on a fortnightly basis.
A common and very successful business coaching strategy is a 3 or 6 month weekly program to really empower the business and its people, followed by a 6 or 12 month fortnightly coaching program to consolidate the successes.
However, people truly dedicated to their success and the success of their business often opt for 12 months of intense coaching, knowing that after 12 months of focus at this level of intensity, the success they will achieve will be well worth the time and energy invested into it.
