What is the Accelerated Learning Training program?

This program is one day of training only to begin with, delivered by Ray Jamieson.  Oh, there is so much more that could be in it, but to begin with, you only need to learn what produces results, fast!  That is what we teach you in this intensive, one day Accelerated Learning Training course.  Of course, we use the Accelerated Learning Training methods to do it, so that it stays with you forever.

The research that went into this program, into the emotional tone scale (that image is on the SOFT SKILLS page of this website), sub-personalities, the subtle NLP influences and much more research has taken a couple of decades to bring it all together into this session.  If you want more intense training in those areas, that is possible later, in other intense training sessions in those specialty areas. However, to begin with you will only receive the methodology of how to deliver your existing training content with Accelerated Learning Training techniques and strategies.

There are three main sections to the Accelerated Learning Training program:

  1. The Emotional Tone Scale, how it works, and how to move people through it to where they are most receptive and responsive to training.
  2. Sub-personalities, understanding how they work, and how they affect us in daily life unconsciously.
  3. The methodology of applying this knowledge to your training programs.  The methodology includes specific areas such as;
  • SETTING UP THE ROOM for success with your presentation,
  • the LEARNING ENVIRONMENT and how to create the best possible,
  • STAGECRAFT, how to deliver your presentation with stories, games and instructions that imprint as you impart your knowledge,
  • use of TECHNOLOGY, especially PowerPoint shows,
  • GAMES, playing and debriefing them, and
  • EMPATHY, meeting your group where they are to bring them to the outcome they need from your program.

 

As a bonus, you will also learn about advanced presentation skills, a brilliant and absolutely instant conflict resolution strategy, and very likely gain a whole new appreciation and respect for your profession.  Teaching and training doesn’t have to be just a job, or even a career.  When you realise the difference you can make in the lives of the people who come through your programs, it might just become the passion your life was missing!

Who could this benefit?  How?

There are certain situations where being able to work with these Accelerated Learning techniques is perhaps more valuable than others.  These include areas where safety is important, where emotions are high, and where a fast uptake of learning is required and retention and access available under duress in the future.

For example:

  1. Safety training.  Although safety training drills are regular and almost embedded by rote training, under emergency situations, people can become scared and emotional and all that training can be forgotten as panic takes over.  That does not happen when the training is embedded using the Emotional Tone Scale and Accelerated Learning Methodology.  Because it is embedded with emotion, it is also triggered  by emotion and is available as required.  It is vital for safety training.
  2. Career and employment training.  Job seekers can get discouraged with repeated knockbacks and applications and resumes unanswered.  This is when an embedded training and beliefs are critical, to maintain their faith until results are achieved. One powerful example of this was with a job seeker who experienced a humiliating job interview over a sales counter during a customer transaction and felt embarrassed and demoralised as she left.  That was the trigger; as she walked out of the store, her training kicked in, the visual impact of the lessons returned in vivid colour in front of her as she walked and she absolutely nailed the next job interview, and the job!
  3. Employment services contractors.  Often, your contract with the government relies on your job placement officers and case-workers getting results, and brilliant results! As it is a competitive tender process to win your contract, your people need to be much better then their competition for you to win that contract back, again and again.  Training them in Accelerated Learning Techniques and Methodology to enhance their skills and delivery of their placement training work is probably the best way to ensure they are the best, and to ensure that what they do lasts for your clients’ sakes and for you to win that contract again!
