About Executive Mastermind
The Executive Mastermind Program began as a Soft Skills Program designed specifically for corporate training, to enable executives to manage the challenges of their busy and ever-changing corporate environment. The Soft Skills program was originally designed for and delivered to every office statewide of a large Queensland State Government Department and was pivotal in changing their culture and performance. Whilst most people are highly proficient in their assigned roles, with qualifications to suit, so many are under-skilled in the areas of EQ – Emotional Quotient, their ability to relate, communicate and handle challenging interpersonal and relationship situations that arise during every and any working day.
Executive Mastermind was tasked with the challenge of writing and delivering a program that instilled Soft Skills training to these executives with particular focus on the areas of:
- Stress Management
- Interpersonal Communication Skills
- Written communication and reporting
- Conflict Resolution and Negotiation Skills
- Time Management
- Problem Solving
- Delegation and Team Management
- Personal Responsibility
- Leadership Skills
- And so much more
The format was for two workshops of two days each and a third workshop of one day, each workshop a month apart. Accelerated Learning and NLP techniques were built into the program to ensure that the learning process was consolidated within the participants and the knowledge instantly available to them at those moments when they most needed it.
The program was created and over the next seven years, was delivered in every corporate office of our client state-wide. Once the contract was completed, the program was evolved to become the ultimate entrepreneurs program, with the addition of modules on topics including:
- Advanced Business Development Strategies
- Business Planning
- Venture Capital, and getting your invention/innovation to market
- Marketing Plans
- Finance and Investment Strategies
- Real Estate Strategies, including no money down property purchase
- Small Business creation, development and success strategies
- Business Structures for profit and security maximization
- Common Law and your business
- And so much more, again!
The new Executive Mastermind Program delivered these powerful success strategies to groups of up to 50 people each workshop series, in four weekends two months apart throughout the calendar year. Graduates of the programs could not believe the changes in themselves personally and their lives over the course of just one year.
From the program, coaching evolved for those who wished to take their success even further. Participants wishing to take advantage of the knowledge and experience gleaned by Ray Jamieson from a lifetime of business operation, management and corporate troubleshooting are now able to work directly with Ray Jamieson as either individual or group coaching clients, through Executive Mastermind.
